Concussion symptoms force Texas QB David Ash to retire

After a career plagued by head injuries, junior quarterback David Ash has officially retired from football, according to Texas head coach Charlie Strong.

“I had a chance today to talk to David Ash and we just decided that, because of his health, he is no longer going to play football,” Strong said in a press conference Wednesday.
