“Move on” is his philosophy.
But a few years back, the Oklahoma State defensive coordinator went against that ideology. He kept calling. He kept texting. He kept checking in with James Castleman even after the defensive tackle committed to Texas Tech.
A note from Castleman’s mom.
“Coach, don’t give up on him,” Spencer remembers Kim Castleman writing. “There’s just something not right. Something’s not sitting right.”
