Late in Saturday’s 45-33 Oklahoma win over West Virginia, the Sooners’ defense got a scare when junior end Charles Tapper appeared to be injured.
After the game, Sooners coach Bob Stoops said Tapper’s issues were more exhaustion than injury.
Tapper had a pair of tackles and a fumble recovery playing just a few hours from his hometown of Baltimore.
