Baylor Bears

11/23 Morning Headlines

What a ridiculous day for OU freshman running back Samaje Perine who broke the NCAA record for rushing yards in a game. But, of course, don’t forget about the offensive line.

The Kansas Jayhawks were on the receiving end of Perine’s record-setting day, and now there is only 1 week left in interim coach Clint Bowen’s trial run.

Down in Waco …  the Baylor Bears took care of business by beating Oklahoma State with relative ease.

While it wasn’t the meltdown people expected for the Cowboys, Waco Tribune’s Brice Cherry believes just winning matters too.

It wasn’t all a lost cause for the Cowboys, who might have found their quarterback of the future.

The horrible season continues in Ames, Iowa, where Iowa State lost a heartbreaker to Texas Tech.

Meantime… Cyclones QB Sam Richardson wishes he passed on the final play.

Texas Tech can thank their … running game? … for leading them to victory.

Ames Tribune columnist Bobby La Geese admits the Cyclones are become all too familiar with heartache in the Big 12.
