The news came down earlier today that 5-star LB commit Jacob Phillips had flipped from Oklahoma to LSU. It was a stinger for the Sooners with National Signing Day right around the corner.
But, one former OU player came out swinging. Gabe Ikard was an All-American for the Sooners, playing from 2010 to 2013, and has spent time in the NFL with the Lions, Bills, Browns and Titans.
At first, Ikard appeared to imply that LSU paid Phillips to join the Tigers.

And incase you were unsure of where that tweet was going, Ikard proceeded to lay down the hammer:
Best thing about @OU_CoachStoops:no matter how many stars you have, he’s not going to cheat to get you.
Man of integrity. Love him.#Boomer— Gabe Ikard (@GabeIkard) January 26, 2017
There’s no question that Ikard is accusing Ed Orgeron and the Tigers staff of cheating and paying Phillips to flip from OU to LSU.
Does this happen? Sure. But, you gotta love Ikard’s bluntness in this situation.
He proceeded to get trolled all over Twitter, but had lots of fun with it.

This is big-time college football. It can be a dirty and sleazy business … especially with those folks over in the SEC.
