He was a 3-year starter and a captain for the Mountaineers, isn’t that exactly what you want out of your center? He’s a leader, performed well enough at the combine with 24 bench press reps, slightly above average for an offensive lineman, and his arms were half an inch longer than they were at the Senior Bowl. He won’t get drafted all that high, but someone is going to end up with a steal.
