4. West Virginia CB Rasul Douglas
Talk about coming out of no where. Douglas was lightly recruited out of high school, went to JUCO, ended up at WVU and exploded onto the scene in 2016 and tied for the national lead with 8 interceptions. In a day and age where teams are looking for bigger cornerbacks, Douglas’ size is ideal at 6’2”, 210 pounds. He has great ball skills and can go up and win plenty of 50-50 balls. Some are concerned about his size affecting his quickness and speed in man coverage, and while his 40-yard dash of 4.59 seconds wasn’t great (4.59), it wasn’t bad enough to drop him down that much. Douglas is definitely a boom or bust prospect.
