Oklahoma- LB Caleb Kelly
Coming out of California as a highly rated recruit, Caleb Kelly wanted to be the next great OU linebacker. Midway through the 2016 season Caleb Kelly had his chance to shine and he definitely showed some flashes last season. It seemed like each and every game he got better and better down the stretch and broke out during the Sugar Bowl against Auburn. Kelly had a career high 12 tackles in the Sugar Bowl and there is no sign of slowing him down going into 2017.
