TCU- WR KaVontae Turpin
If it weren’t for his injuries, KaVontae Turpin’s break out year would have been last season. After an electrifying 2015 freshman campaign, Turpin had high expectations going into 2016 to be the leading receiver. Unfortunately for Turpin, the injuries plagued his sophomore season and had to do most of his work cheering for his teammates on the sidelines. Now that KaVontae is healthy once again, he looks to bring back those explosive plays that he made earlier in his career. There is no doubt that the Horned Frogs missed his big play ability last season after going 6-7. As long as he can stay healthy, KaVontae Turpin will be that big play threat that TCU needs on offense.
