Former Oklahoma quarterback Chris Robison announced his plans to transfer to Florida Atlantic for the fall semester.
The announcement came down early Tuesday evening.

According to 247 Sports, Robison was rated the seventh-best quarterback in the 2017 class. Meantime, Rivals listed him as a Top-100 player nationally, the fifth ranked player at the quarterback position, and 12th ranked in the state of Texas.
Robison was dismissed from Oklahoma earlier this month due to a violation of team rules. The 4-star freshman will have to sit out the 2017 season but will still have four years of eligibility remaining because he can use his redshirt.
Prior to being dismissed, Robison’s other issues at Oklahoma included an arrest for public intoxication and missing team meetings.
So now Robison joins Lane Kiffin and former Baylor offensive coordinator Kendal Briles. Kiffin has made a habit of picking up former top prospects who did not work out at Power 5 programs, including Last Chance U stars John Franklin III (Auburn), DeAndre Johnson (Florida State) and Tim Bonner (Louisville).
Kiffin clearly was excited on Twitter.
Huge day for thefaU?!?! Hmmmmmmmmmmm

Hopefully Robison can get himself on the straight and narrow and get his college football career on the right track moving forward.
