Are you jealous just reading the headline? Yep, Chick Fil A is coming to Bill Snyder Family Stadium this fall. This may be the best recruiting job ever by Snyder & Co.
Chick-fil-A stands will be located in the South End Zone Pavilion and the View Level concourse. The menu won’t be as complete as a typical restaurant, but are fans really going to be disappointed to see this fast-food chain in their home stadium?
Manhattan Chick-fil-A owner and former Kansas State football player David Hamel will be in charge of the food services on gameday.
“We continue to find new ways to improve upon the fan experience at all of our venues, and we are excited that we, along with our partners at Learfield Sports/K-State Sports Properties and Sodexo, were able to work out this agreement with David [Hamel] and his local Chick-fil-A franchise,” Athletics Director Gene Taylor said in a news release.
K-State begins the 2018 season on Saturday, Sept. 1, against South Dakota. Kick off is scheduled for 6:10 p.m.
