Draper was a former four-star recruit with the program, but while he participated in 28 games in his two years, most of his time was spent on special teams. He recorded three tackles, all in 2019.
He was the second-ranked player in the state of Oklahoma coming out of the class of 2017 and made 143 tackles in his senior year at Collinsville High School.
Draper joins fellow OU linebacker Ryan Jones to decide to transfer this week. Other OU players to leave the program via the transfer portal include wide receiver Mykel Jones, safety Ty DeArman, defensive linemen Coby Tillman and Troy James.
