Baylor Bears Schedule Houston Cougars for September 19th

If there’s one thing we know we should expect about the 2020 college football season, it’s to expect the unexpected.
Days after Baylor had its season opener postponed against Louisiana Tech due to COVID-19 concerns, the Bears have scheduled the Houston Cougars for Saturday, September 19th.
David Smoak of SicEm365.com confirmed the news.
That means it’s Dana Holgorsen, the former West Virginia head coach, who will find himself back with a Big 12 opponent next weekend.
As Smoak notes, this will be the first of three games between these two teams, with the next two scheduled as home-and-home.
Baylor was one of three Big 12 teams, joining Oklahoma State and TCU, who had their season openers postponed due to COVID-19. Oklahoma State has rescheduled its game against Tulsa for next weekend, while TCU does not yet have a make up date for the SMU game. And if you missed it, SMU enjoyed trolling TCU on Friday night.
Baylor and Oklahoma State are the only two Big 12 teams scheduled to be in action on Saturday, September 19th.
