Oklahoma State to Play in Basketball Hall of Fame Showcase

NCAA Basketball: Oklahoma State at Texas

The Oklahoma State Cowboys will play in the first Basketball Hall of Fame Showcase on Nov. 16-17 at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut.

The Cowboys announced their participation on Tuesday. The two-day event will also feature UMass Lowell, North Carolina State and Central Connecticut State.

The Cowboys will face UMass Lowell on Nov. 16 and North Carolina State on Nov. 17. The Cowboys have never played UMass Lowell, and are 2-0 against North Carolina State.

Former Cowboys head coach Eddie Sutton was inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame earlier this season. That ceremony took place in the Mohegan Sun Arena.

The Cowboys’ full non-conference schedule is not out yet. But, the Cowboys will face Florida in the ninth annual Big 12/SEC Challenge on Jan. 29. The game will be in Gainesville, Florida, and it will be the fourth all-time meeting between the two teams.

Oklahoma State will also host Xavier in the Big East-Big 12 Battle on Dec. 5.
