Iowa State Leads Nation With Three 2021 AP Preseason All-America Preseason Team

The hype around the Iowa State Cyclones is likely to grow after the AP Preseason All-America Preseason team was released and the Cyclones were tied with Notre Dame in leading the nation with three players named to the First Team.
The Iowa State selections were running back Breece Hall, tight end Charlie Kolar and linebacker Mike Rose. Meantime, the Oklahoma Sooners had two first-team selections in quarterback Spencer Rattler and linebacker Nik Bonitto. The other Big 12 selection was Texas running back Bijan Robinson. That means that the two First-Team All-American running back selections were both out of the Big 12 Conference.
