Both teams are 3-0 and Kansas State just entered the Top 25 of this week’s AP Poll after beating Nevada on Saturday. Meantime, Oklahoma State got out of Boise with a win over the Broncos. The Cowboys also earned votes in the AP Poll but didn’t crack the Top 25.

Both teams are hoping to be the surprise program in the Big 12 this season to challenge the Oklahoma Sooners at the top of the conference. And whoever wins on Saturday will have a much stronger case to make to be that team.
