Oklahoma Baseball: Tuesday’s Game vs. DBU Moved Up to 3:00 p.m.

Oklahoma baseball had a scheduled game against Dallas Baptist tomorrow at 6:30 p.m. but temperatures are expected to dip into the 20s tomorrow evening. With that in mind, the schools decided to move the first pitch to 3:00 p.m. to avoid the frigid night air.
The Sooners are 5-5 and coming off a tough weekend in Houston at the Shriners Classic. OU faced LSU, UCLA, and Tennessee this weekend and came put on the losing end of all three of those contests with just the LSU game being competitive.
Dallas Baptist will come into Norman at 6-5 and is fresh off a three-game series with San Diego this weekend. The Patriots dropped game one of the series but were able to pick up a win in each of the last two games.
The game against DBU will open a nine-game home stand for the Sooners, starting with a three-game series against UTSA on Friday. Oklahoma will play 16 of its next 18 games at L. Dale Mitchell Park, giving the Sooners a chance to build a strong start to the 2021 season.
