Baylor Basketball Lands Top International 2023 Prospect Miro Little

Scott Drew’s ability to bring in international talent has been on display for some time now, recently with names like Flo Thamba (Congo), Jonathan Tchamwa Tchatchoua (Cameroon), Jeremy Sochan (Poland), and 2022 signee Joshua Ojianwuna (Nigeria).
Now, Drew has struck again, and this time it’s a big hit for the Bears’ head coach who is headed into his 20th season in Waco as four-star international point guard Miro Little has committed to the Bears 2023 class.
Little played this season at Helsinki Basketball Academy in Finland and is the No. 9 point guard in the 2023 class.
Ashley Hodge of SicEm365 likens Little to NBA All-Star Russell Westbrook in his analysis of the Finland product.
“Little reminds me of a young Russell Westbrook in his constant attack mentality,” Hodge writes. “He is perhaps not as explosive as Westbrook, who was the fourth pick in the 2008 NBA draft after two years at UCLA, a nine-time NBA all-star and MVP of the league in 2017. However, Little has a better-looking three-point shot.
“Little will be expected to be an impact player the moment he sets foot on campus for the Bears. This is Baylor’s first pledge in the 2023 class and should be considered a 5-star talent for anyone that watches the tape.”
Listed at 6-4, 190-pounds, Little averaged 22.0 points, 9.0 rebounds, 6.0 assists, and 3.0 steals in 22 games at Helsinki Basketbal Academy this season and will be a weapon with the basketball in his hands when he arrives in Waco.
