Oklahoma State Guard Isaac Likekele Enters Transfer Portal

Oklahoma State senior guard Isaac Likekele will use his extra year of eligibility somewhere other than Stillwater after he entered his name in the NCAA Transfer Portal on Tuesday.
Likekele has been with the program for four years, something that nobody else on the Cowboys roster can say since he is the only remaining player from OSU’s 2018 class.
The four-year starter stuck with the program through the NCAA investigation, postseason ban, and up and down years, helping Mike Boynton solidify a program that might’ve otherwise crumbled.
In his time at Oklahoma State, Likekele has started 110 of 114 games, and averaged 8.9 points, 5.5 rebounds, and 3.9 assists per game in that span. His defensive prowess was his greatest intangible and the main reason why he was such a consistent presence on the floor for the Pokes.
With Likekele all but gone, Oklahoma State will have to replace four players from last year’s squad. Matthew-Alexander Moncrieffe announced his decision to transfer to Georgia on Monday, as well as Keylan Boone transferring to Pacific. Sophomore guard Donovan Williams is in the portal as well, but has yet to announce where he will end up in 2022-23.
