In perhaps the most predictable headline ever written, Pittsburgh transfer wideout Jordan Addison has trimmed his list down to two schools according to Jordan Shultz, and USC is one of them.
Last month, Addison’s name hit the headlines when it was reported that USC head coach Lincoln Riley had reached out to the 2021 Belitnikoff Award winner to try and coax him into coming to Southern California.
According to several sources, Addison received “seven-figure” offers to leave Pitt for the West Coast, and it certainly looks like that might be exactly where he’s headed.
The other school listed, Texas, hosted Addison last week, as the star wideout leaked onto Twitter from an Austin hotel room.
It is unclear how much of a chance the Longhorns truly have with Addison, but if Texas is able to land him, UT’s wide receiver room would undoubtedly be tops in all of college football, as they already have Xavier Worthy, Agiye Hall, and Isaiah Neyor on the team.
At Pitt last season, Addison recorded 1,593 yards and 17 touchdowns on 100 receptions, helping Pitt reach an 11-3 record and a Peach Bowl berth where they lost to Michigan State.
