2023 Baylor QB Commit Austin Novosad Sets Official Visit To Ohio State

A four-star quarterback prospect who is committed to Baylor has set an official visit to Ohio State.
Austin Novosad was just at Ohio State earlier in the month and is now set for an official visit this weekend.
“Just getting back up there and looking again as well as hanging out with some of the team and Coach Dennis,” Novosad said to 247Sports of what he’s looking forward to doing.
247Sports lists Novosad as the nation’s No. 13 quarterback in the country and he’ll compete in the Elite 11 Finals at the end of the month.
We talked to Novosad in March at the Elite 11 event in Dallas, and he expressed how much he liked Baylor head coach Dave Aranda, saying, “The part of my commitment was me loving him [Aranda] so much. He really emphasizes person over player and if you talk to any guy on the Baylor football team, they are going to be a great person before they are a great player and they show that in their game.”
As of that conversation in late March, he did say he was still getting calls from a couple of schools, but that he was “locked in” to Baylor.
However, in today’s crazy NIL world, you never know what might be on the table with Ohio State.
As a junior Novosad threw for 3,339 yards and 40 touchdowns and now we’ll have to wait and see how serious this gets in Columbus.
