Kansas State Adds 2023 Defensive Lineman Chiddi Obiazor

The Kansas State Wildcats have added talented defensive lineman Chiddi Obiazor to their 2023 class.
Obiazor made the announcement on his Twitter page on Saturday afternoon.
Obiazor attended a Kansas State camp back in June, and while the Wildcats were his only Power 5 conference offer, GoPowercat reports that programs like USC had shown interest in the talent offensive lineman from Eden Prairie, Minnesota.
At 6’5”, 240 pounds, Obiazor is also a basketball standout and becomes the 16th commitment for Kansas State in the the Class of 2023.
This news comes one day after four-star running back Dylan Edwards announced he was decommiting from the Wildcats. The decommitment of Edwards comes just two days after receiving an offer from Notre Dame. This doesn’t mean Kansas State don’t have a dog in the fight, as Dylan’s dad Leon Edwards is a former player for the Wildcats.
The four-star running back also holds offers from Oklahoma, Nebraska, Michigan State, and Oregon as well as many others.
The Wildcats are currently ranked 8th in the Big 12 in the recruiting rankings, according to 247Sports.
