The Kansas Jayhawks and Baylor Bears will kick off the Saturday slate in Waco at 11:00 a.m. CT on either ESPN or ESPN2. The network designation will be announced after Week 7 action. There is a chance that this could be a ranked matchup come next week if both teams can find wins ahead of the matchup.
West Virginia will head to Lubbock to take on Texas Tech in the 2:00 p.m. CT window, on either FS1 or FS2. The network designation will be announced after the MLB Postseason schedule for October 22 is announced.
The one game on this list that has both a time and network designation locked in is the matchup between Texas and Oklahoma State. The game will air on ABC at 2:30 p.m. CT and could be a preview of the 2022 Big 12 Championship as Oklahoma State and Texas might just be the best two teams in the conference at this very moment.
The final game of Week 8 will pit the two purple teams in this conference as Kansas State will head to Fort Worth to take on TCU at 7:00 p.m. CT. The game will air on either FOX or FS1, depending on the MLB Postseason schedule.
