The Oklahoma State Cowboys are losing another player to the transfer portal in Freshman WR Braylin Edwards. Edwards announced his decision Monday afternoon on Twitter with a short and sweet message that reads, “I have entered the transfer portal!”

You can see Presley’s Tweet Below.

Presley is a former four-star recruit coming from Bixby Oklahoma and is his time at Bixby, he was named the Oklahoma Gatorade High School Player of the Year in the 2021 season. His older brother, Brennan, has been one of the biggest playmakers on Oklahoma State’s roster over the last few seasons and was the Cowboys leading receiver in 2022. The elder Presley recorded 61 catches for 739 yards and two scores on the year.

In Presley’s first year at Oklahoma State, he didn’t get to see the field much snagging five catches for 26 yards, and adding two carries for three yards.

Presley looks to start fresh in the 2023 season joining a new squad and earning some more playing time. The transfer portal has introduced athletes with an entirely new avenue with which to find opportunities, but has also created major chaos within the sport.
