Baylor’s Jonathan Tchamwa Tchatchoua Takes the Court for First Time This Season

Baylor Bears forward Jonathan Tchamwa Tchatchoua has been battling a knee injury for nearly one year. He has not suited up all season for the Bears, but is officially active for Saturday’s game against Texas Tech.
Tchamwa Tchatchoua will likely be on a minute restriction in his first Big 12 action of the season as he has not had much time to get back in the swing of things outside of practice and working with the team.
Jon Rothstein had the first report of the day and then Baylor shared this hype-video of the big man as he was set to take the court for the first time this season.
Here’s how Baylor fans reacted to his first check in of the game.
Clearly, Baylor fans are thrilled to see their big man back in action and they could use his presence down low. Last season, he finished the year averaging 8.4 points per game and 6.8 rebounds per game.
