Four Future Big 12 Players Headed to Nike Hoop Summit

Four Big 12 men’s recruits were selected to play in the 2023 Nike Hoop Summit at the Moda Center in Portland on April 8.
The Nike Hoop Summit will feature both a men’s and the inaugural women’s game with top American high school athletes facing off against a World Team of top international players 19-and-younger.
Three of them will play in the McDonald’s All-American Games on March 28 in Houston.
Iowa State signee Omaha Billew leads those Big 12 players. Per 247Sports.com, he is the No. 14 overall prospect for 2023 and he’s part of one of the best recruiting classes in Iowa State history. He will also play in the McDonald’s game.
Texas signee and forward Ron Holland is also a part of the U.S. team and will play in the McDonald’s game. Holland plays for Duncanville (TX) High School and is ranked the No. 6 recruit in the country.
Guard Ja’Kobe Walter is a Baylor signee who is also playing in the McDonald’s game. Walter plays for Link Academy in Branson, Mo., and is the No. 21 recruit in the country.
Eric Dailey, who committed to Oklahoma State in January, is on the team and is the No. 57 recruit in the country. The 6-foot-7 forward is going to IMG Academy in Bradenton, Fla., Another OSU recruit, center Brandon Garrison, will play in the McDonald’s game.
