Four Big 12 Members Crack 2023 Walter Camp Preseason All-America Team

NCAA Football: Kansas State at Texas Tech

While we are still months away from football season, it’s never too early to take a look at the 2023 Preseason All-America Teams courtesy of Walter Camp.

Four Big 12 Conference players ranked in the All-America teams with K-State’s Cooper Beebe and Cincinnati’s Dontay Corleone headlining the group earning First-Team honors.

Joining Beebe and Corleone on the list are Texas’ Xavier Worthy, and West Virginia’s Zach Frazier. Beebe occupies an interior lineman spot on the First-Team All-American team, returning to his throne as one of the best linemen in all of college football. Corleone came on hot last season as one of the stronger interior defensive linemen and earned his spot on the Preseason First-Team.

Xavier Worthy checks into the Second-Team All-American Team as one of the many dynamic wide receivers for the Texas Longhorns. With a combination of quarterbacks Quinn Ewers and Arch Manning under center in Austin, Worthy should have plenty of opportunities for some big performances this fall.

The last of the Big 12 Conference members to earn a spot is West Virginia center Zach Frazier. Fraizer started all 12 games last season and earned First-Team All-Big 12 honors after allowing just one sack over the entire season.

While this list is just an estimate, seeing a decent representation for the Big 12 Conference is always a plus. Now all that’s left to do is wait.
