NCAA Football: Kansas State at Mississippi State

The Kansas State Wildcats landed the third-ranked player in the State of Kansas in the 2024 cycle, three-star running back, John Price.

Price is a local Kansas from Blue Valley high school and plans to attend K-State and join their historic ranks of talented running backs like Deuce Vaughn, Alex Barnes, and Darren Sproles.

Price is listed as a three-star prospect by 247Sports and is the 624th-ranked player in the nation. price is also listed as the 41st running back in the country as well as the third highest-ranked player in the state of Kansas.

With a senior season still ahead for Price he has a chance to improve his stock and rise in player rankings which many believe he has a strong chance of doing. With the Wildcats losing one of the best backs in K-State history with Deuce Vaughn declaring for the NFL draft, landing a player like Price is a massive get.

Price chose the Cats over the Kansas Jayhawks, Oklahoma State Cowboys, Minnesota Golden Gophers, and Iowa Hawkeyes. Price joins the Cats in the 2024 season and should be a big name for fans to follow in the future.
