Sonny Dykes and the TCU Horned Frogs picked up some big recruiting momentum over the weekend after earning a commitment from four-star wide receiver Adrian Wilson.

Wilson, listed at 6-2, 173 pounds, is a product of Pflugerville (TX) Weiss High School, where he is set to play his junior year of football.

According to On3, Wilson is the No. 36 overall player in the class of 2025, and the No. 7 wideout in the country. On top of that, he is ranked as the No. 5 overall player in the state of Texas, according to On3.

Wilson announced his commitment on Sunday evening via Twitter, saying, “If you’re feeling froggy then leap.”

Wilson had a laundry list of offers to choose from, but picked the Horned Frogs over Oklahoma, Texas, Oregon, Texas A&M, Texas Tech, and Baylor, among others.

His commitment gives TCU its second pledge of the 2025 cycle, joining four-star QB Ty Hawkins out of San Antonio (TX). Together, the duo gives the Horned Frogs a promising start to next year’s class, ranking seventh nationally at this time, and should provide plenty of excitement for what the future holds in Fort Worth.
