Look: New Melissa, Texas $10 Million High School Stadium is Unreal

With college programs continuing to elevate in terms of facilities, boosters, and NIL opportunities, high school programs are following suit with some massive changes of their own.
One high school program in Texas, New Melissa High School, recently finished off construction on a brand new 35 million dollar, 10,000 seat football stadium that puts all other high school fields to shame.
While Texas high school football is an absolute cultural phenomenon, Melissa high school’s facilities give the word fancy a new meaning. Melissa’s new high school facilities rival most Division 1 football programs just about anywhere in the nation.
With the majority of top prospects in high school football rankings systems belonging to the state of Texas and Florida, it only seems right for the top facilities to belong to each of those states.
According to 247Sports, 17 of the top 100 prospects in the class of 2024 are local to the state of Texas. With programs like Melissa continuing to step up their game at the high school level, more and more recruits should find their way to the state of Texas for high school in the next few years so long that they can rationally make the change.
