Look: Updated Big 12 Football Odds Ahead of Week 4

As we head into Week 4 of the 2023 college football season, 25% of each Big 12 team’s schedule is behind them. Five undefeated teams remain in the conference, while five teams are 2-1, and four have begun their season going 1-2.
Now that we have some legitimate data to go off of, the updated odds to win the 2023 Big 12 Championship hold some more weight and have changed quite a bit since the beginning of the year.

West Virginia and Cincinnati have seen their odds improve the most, moving from 150/1 and 100/1 to 50/1, respectively.
In contrast, Baylor and Iowa State have seen their odds skyrocket after tougher-than-expected starts to the year. The Bears had the sixth-best odds in the preseason at 18/1, but are now 11th in the conference at 75/1 odds. Iowa State, who has also started 1-2, went from 80/1 odds to 175/1 odds after three weeks.
The top four teams, in terms of odds, remain the same after three weeks with Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas State, and Texas Tech all in line with where they were to begin the year.
