Cincinnati Lands 2024 Three-Star OT Zac Clarke

Scott Satterfield and the Cincinnati Bearcats kicked off Sunday morning with some good news landing a new player in the Bearcats’ class of 2024, three-star OT Zac Clarke.

Clarke chose the Bearcats over eight different schools including Toledo, Western Michigan, Akron, Ball State, Eastern Michigan, Illinois State, James Madison, and Kent State.

Clarke is listed as a three-star prospect by the 247Sports index and currently checks in as the nation’s 1693rd-ranked prospect. He also is graded as the 135th-ranked offensive tackle in the class of 2024 as well as the 41st-ranked player in the state of Illinois.

He now takes his talents to join the Bearcats in their second year of Big 12 football in the 2024 season. The 6-foot-6 tackle originally committed to play at Western Michigan on June 25th before decommitting on September 22nd to join the Bearcats three days later.

Clarke was able to see his future team take on the Oklahoma Sooners on Saturday, and while the squad did end up taking a 20-6 loss at home, Clarke elected to team up with Scott Satterfield at Cincinnati in the near future. Cincinnati takes the field next on September 29th against BYU where Clarke and the other commits in the class of 2024 will have a chance to watch their team fight for their first Big 12 win.
