2024 Four-Star Cornerback Devon Jordan Commits to Oklahoma

Brent Venables and the Oklahoma Sooners added a new name to their 2024 class of incoming freshmen with the commitment of four-star cornerback Devon Jordan.
Jordan committed to the Sooners after receiving offers from 14 different schools including Alabama, Oklahoma State, Iowa State, Kansas, Kansas State, TCU, and more.
Jordan is listed as a four-star prospect by the 247Sports index and currently checks in as the nation’s 445th-ranked recruit. He also ranks 35th in the class of 2024 at the cornerback position, and fourth in the state of Oklahoma.
Jordan helped Union to an 11-1 record and a Class 6A state semifinal appearance last season at Union High School in Tulsa and followed up the previous season with an impressive start as a senior helping lead Union to a 7-1 record so far in 2023.
The commitment of the Oklahoma native wasn’t the only recruiting win for Venables and the Sooners in the past week as the squad landed the top player in the state of Kansas on Thursday, four-star LB Michael Boganowksi.
Jordan, Boganowski, and the rest of Oklahoma’s future commits have the opportunity to watch their squad continue on the path toward Arlington as they take on the Kansas Jayhawks at 11 AM CT on Saturday, October 28th.
