NCAA Football: Kansas State at West Virginia

Chris Klieman and the Kansas State Wildcats added a new name to the class of 2024 with the commitment of three-star wide receiver Jacques Spradley-Demps.

Spradley-Demps flipped his commitment from North Texas to K-State after the Texas native watched his future team throttle TCU 41-3 in Week 8 of the college football season.

Spradley-Demps is listed as a three-star prospect by the 247Sports index and currently checks in as the nation’s 1426th-ranked prospect. He is also listed as the 99th-ranked receiver in his class as well as the 116th-overall player in the state of Texas.

Spradley-Demps spoke on his decision to commit to Kansas State with GoPowercat’s Cole Carmody saying, “I only have one word to describe everything… SPECIAL! This coaching staff, especially Coach Middleton, is Special! This town is Special! These fans are Special! This Institution is Special!”

The Texas native will have an opportunity to watch his future team take the field in Week 10 when the Kansas State Wildcats hit the road to Austin to take on the Texas Longhorns at Darrell K. Royal Stadium on November 4th at 11 AM CT.
