Oklahoma State head coach Mike Gundy is a man of the people. From viral moments on the microphone to headstands in the locker room following big wins, Gundy is certainly a crowd favorite. This Halloween is no different.
Gundy was filmed doing Michael Jackson’s famous dance to Thriller, an all-time Halloween classic, as the members of the Cowboys roster hyped Gundy up as he made his way to the stage to address the team.
Gundy and the Cowboys have a massive matchup in Week 10 as the squad gets set to take on the Oklahoma Sooners in the final game of the Bedlam series.
The Cowboys enter the week tied with the Sooners and three other teams for first place in the Big 12. Oklahoma State (6-2, 4-1 CONF) found themselves just outside of the AP Top 25 for Week 10 as the unofficial No. 26 team while Oklahoma (7-1, 4-1 CONF) fell four spots to No. 10 following their first loss of the season to Kansas.
Oklahoma State enters the final matchup with one last opportunity to take down their in-state rival before their departure to the SEC in 2024. While the Sooners have left with eight wins in the last 10 matchups in the rivalry game, the matchup between the Sooners and the Cowboys should be a close one as betting odds have Oklahoma listed as six-point favorites.
