2023 Big 12 Championship Game Officially Sold Out
On Saturday, the final two teams standing from a wild Big 12 Conference race will battle for the right to be called “Champion,” as the Texas Longhorns (11-1, 8-1) and Oklahoma State Cowboys (9-3, 7-2) do battle in Arlington (Tex.).
Vegas sees the game as a fairly lopsided affair, with the Longhorns being favored by 14.5 points, but that hasn’t seemed to have any sort of effect on the excitement for the matchup.
According to Action Network’s Brett McMurphy, the Big 12 Championship Game has officially sold out and the conference will open up standing-room tickets to account for the demand from both fan bases.
McMurphy also says that the biggest boost to ticket sales came just after Oklahoma State’s double-overtime win over BYU in Week 13, which locked the Cowboys into their second Big 12 title game appearance in three years.
