2024 RB Jaden Allen-Hendrix Commits to Oklahoma State
Mike Gundy and the Oklahoma State Cowboys added a new name to the Class of 2024 with the commitment of 2024 running back Jaden Allen-Hendrix.
Hendrix chose the Cowboys over offers from 11 different schools including the likes of Charlotte, South Carolina State, Bryant, and more.
Despite being unranked by most major recruiting services, the 6-foot-2, 225-pound back had an incredible senior season at Irmo High School where he ran for 2,215 yards and 25 touchdowns on the season while averaging an outstanding 9.5 yards per carry.
Allen-Hendrix spoke on his decision with 247Sports’ McClain Baxley saying, “I talked to all the coaches and they were great, easy to talk to and build a relationship with. My visit was amazing. I loved everything about the campus and the program.”
“I’m really grateful and proud of myself for how far I came in the last four years of high school to even be in the position I am in,” Allen-Hendrix said. “I think I was really under-recruited, which is totally fine. I’m glad I’m at where I am right now. I think a lot of the problem was that I wasn’t getting a lot of exposure. I am getting it now.”
Allen-Hendrix became the Cowboys 16th commit in the Class of 2024 joining 15 other three-star prospects heading for Stillwater in 2024.
