Texas Football Holding Official Send-Off Event As Team Leaves for Sugar Bowl
Texas Longhorns fans will get a shot on Wednesday morning to send off their football team with a warm goodbye as the team officially departs for the 2023 Sugar Bowl.
Fans will have an opportunity at 4:30 PM CT on Wednesday, December 27th to watch their team hit the road to New Orleans as well as participate in some special fan opportunities.
Included in the fan event are photo ops with Bevo the mascot, Texas cheerleaders, and Texas pom squad as well as limited edition merch and giveaways at the event. The event also features free admission and free parking at Trinity Garage near the event.
Steve Sarkisian and the Texas Longhorns have a matchup against Michael Penix Jr. and the Washington Huskies on Monday, January 1st at 7:45 PM CT. The Longhorns are currently favored in the matchup by four points on most major sportsbooks.
The Texas send-off officially kicks off on Wednesday, December 27th at 4:30 PM CT as the team heads on their way to the 2023 Sugar Bowl.
