Brennan Presley Returning to Oklahoma State in 2024
Oklahoma State Cowboys fans got another piece of good news on Saturday with the announcement of senior wide receiver Brennan Presley returning to OSU in 2024.
In 2023, Presley totaled 101 catches for 991 yards and six scores while averaging 9.8 yards per catch. Presley’s return is massive for Mike Gundy’s squad as both the team’s top wideout and top running back, Ollie Gordon, are set to return to Stillwater for the 2024 season.
Presley finished second in the Big 12 Conference in total receiving yards with 991 trailing only UCF’s Javon Baker. His 101 grabs led the league by a wide margin with Oklahoma’s Drake Stoops finishing second with 84 catches on the year.
Coming out of high school, Presley was listed as a three-star prospect by the 247Sports index as well as the nation’s 924th-ranked player. He also checked in as the 53rd-ranked player at his position and the 14th-ranked player in the state of Oklahoma.
While Presley’s announcement solidified the majority of offensive production returning to Stillwater following Ollie Gordon’s decision to do the same, the team is still waiting to hear back on the outcome of senior quarterback Alan Bowman‘s NCAA request for one final year of eligibility.
Presley and the Cowboys finished off their season on a high note taking down the Texas A&M Aggies in the Texas Bowl where the Oklahoma native finished with an impressive stat line of 16 catches for 152 yards.
