How To Watch Big 12 Biggest Men’s Basketball Games For Week 11: Texas Tech vs. Houston, Baylor vs. Texas

TCU forward Emanuel Miller.

The Big 12 men’ basketball season starts Week 11 of the season with games spread out throughout the week and some great matchups each night.

The league picks back up on Tuesday with four games, along with three on Wednesday and a full slate of seven games on Saturday.

Here’s the complete schedule, how to watch each game and, if you’re so inclined, the three (or in this case, four) must-watch games of the week.

TCU at Cincinnati

How To Watch: 6 p.m., Tuesday, Big 12 Now on ESPN+ (Sign up for ESPN+ here for $10.99 per month to cancel at any time).

TCU might be ranked in the AP Top 25 as you read this. If so, then it will be Cincinnati’s fourth ranked opponent in a row and part of a stretch where the Bearcats could start league action with six straight ranked teams. Did the Bearcats sign up for this?

This is a classic let-down game for TCU. The Horned Frogs had two ranked wins at home along with a court-storming on Saturday. Less than an hour afterward Horned Frogs coach Jamie Dixon had already moved on to prepping for the Bearcats. This league is nuts.

Cincinnati needs a win badly. A little desperation never hurts in this league.

Texas Tech at Houston

How to Watch: 8 p.m., Wednesday, ESPNU

From Texas Tech’s point of view, it’s their second game of the conference slate against a ranked team. Houston will drop after last week but the Cougars won’t drop out. If you’re not a Red Raiders believer yet, here’s another chance for you to watch and get convinced. Being undefeated in league play puts a target on their back, too.

Houston is coming off a lost week on the road, returning home and resetting its mind after getting a real dose of the Big 12. Coach Kelvin Sampson said last week could actually help them. We’ll find out on Wednesday. A third loss in a row puts the Cougars on thin ice.

Baylor at Texas

How to Watch: 11 a.m., Saturday, ABC/ESPN/ESPN2

If Baylor can survive the road trip to Kansas State, the Bears would be undefeated going into this game. The Bears might be the only undefeated team in the league going into this game, depending upon what Texas Tech does at Houston.

Baylor and Texas have played some great games over the years. The Longhorns will have to contend with Baylor’s immense talent and Baylor will have to contend with the Texas duo of Dylan Disu and Max Abmas. It will be a great way to start Saturday.
