Kansas State’s Ques Glover Not Participating in Senior Day
Kansas State senior guard Ques Glover missed the 2023-24 season due to a lingering knee injury after joining the Wildcats this offseason through the transfer portal.
Glover, a four-year college basketball veteran, elected to opt-out of the Wildcats senior day festivities, hinting at a possible return to the program in 2024-25.
Four seniors will be honored on Saturday against Iowa State for Senior Day: guards Tylor Perry and Taymont Lindsey and forwards Will McNair and David N’Guessan.
The Wildcats landed Glover as a transfer last offseason. He started his career at Florida, where he played with a former Wildcat star, Keyontae Johnson, who earned All-American honors at K-State before being selected by the Oklahoma City Thunder in the second round of the 2023 NBA Draft.
The Tennessee native spent two seasons at Samford College after transferring from Florida and averaged an impressive 17 points per game over two seasons. Glover was one of four players to join Kansas State this offseason in the transfer portal, alongside Creighton transfer Arthur Kaluma, North Texas transfer Tylor Perry, and Mississippi State transfer Will McNair.
Coming out of high school, Glover was listed as a three-star prospect by the 247Sports index, checking in as the 51st-ranked point guard in the class of 2018, and also was listed as the ninth-ranked prospect from the state of Tennessee.
Saturday’s regular-season finale tips off at 1:00 p.m. CT in Bramlage Coliseum between the Iowa State Cyclones and the Kansas State Wildcats.
