Social Media Reacts to Incorrect Three-Point Line Measurements in Portland for Texas vs. NC State

In one of the most unique situations in the history of the NCAA Tournament, Sunday’s Elite Eight matchup between the Texas Longhorns and the NC State Wolfpack features some interesting court measurements.

Numerous reports have indicated that the distance between the three-point lines in Portland is different, which was confirmed after the NCAA’s official measurement.

The three-point lines are different on each side of the court in Portland for the Elite Eight. The NCAA measured pregame and confirmed one side is a different three-point length than the other. 🤦

Texas and NC State agreed to play despite the incorrect court layout, but with the news cycling quickly on social media, fans chimed in with some incredible takes.
