Four-Star Prospect Aniya Foy Commits to Kansas State

Four-star Class of 2025 recruit Aniya Foy committed to the Kansas State Wildcats on Thursday to play under Head Coach Jeff Mittie.

Foy chose K-State over Florida, Auburn, SMU, and North Carolina, according to 247Sports.

The versatile guard plays her high school ball at Cinco Ranch High School in Katy, Texas. According to MaxPreps, the rising senior averaged 23.9 points and 8.6 rebounds last season, while knocking down 44% of her shots from the floor.


Not only is she an offensive-threat, but she can defend the perimeter very well, as she has averaged 2.7 steals across her high school career thus far.

She is the first player from the Class of 2025 to commit to Kansas State.

The Wildcats concluded the 2023-24 season with a 26-8 (13-5 in the Big 12), finishing third in the conference. The team’s season ended early in the second round of the NCAA Tournament in a 63-50 loss to Colorado.

Star center Ayoka Lee, who led the team in points, rebounds, and blocks will return for her final season of eligibility after finishing the year with averages of 19.7 points, 8.6 rebounds, and 2.8 blocks per contest.

She ranked 26th in the nation in scoring and seventh in field goal percentage at 61.9%.
