Arizona State 2024 Commit Ketraleus Aldridge Reopens His Recruitment

Arizona State University head basketball coach Bobby Hurley is interviewed on TNT's pregame broadcast Men's before the NCAA national championship game at State Farm Stadium.

After previously committing to the Arizona State Sun Devils, three-star prospect Ketraleus Aldridge has officially reopened his recruitment, per On3.

The 6-foot-4 point guard requested a release from his National Letter of Intent and has already heard from Indiana State, Texas A&M, Old Dominion, and Detroit, according to Yahoo Sports.

Aldridge played last season for the Diamond Doves in the Overtime Elite League, where he averaged 16.8 points per game.

Before committing to play for Head Coach Bobby Hurley, the senior guard received offers from Oklahoma, Mississippi, Mississippi State, and Bryant, according to Arizona Sports.

247Sports ranks the Sun Devils as the No. 7 ranked recruiting class in 2024 after receiving commitments from five-star center Jayden Quaintance, four-star guard Joson Sanon, and three-star guard Bo Aldridge. Quaintance decommitted from Kentucky after John Calipari took the Arkansas head coaching job.

Four-star forward Amier Ali also committed to Arizona State.

Hurley secured commitments in the NCAA Transfer Portal from Brandon Gardner (USC), BJ Freeman (Milwaukee), Alston Mason (Missouri State), Basheer Jihad (Ball State), and Austin Nunez (Ole Miss).

ASU struggled last season finishing 14-18 during its last season in the Pac 12, but the program is set to compete in the Big 12 Conference this upcoming season.
