Lance Leipold and the Kansas Jayhawks added a new name to the Class of 2025 with the commitment of four-star offensive tackle Juju Marks.
Marks, a 6-foot-5, 260-pound lineman from Kansas, chose the Jayhawks over offers from 35 different schools, including Oklahoma, Oregon, Notre Dame, Oklahoma State, Penn State, TCU, Michigan, Alabama, Kansas State, and more.
Coming out of Olathe South High School in the Class of 2025, Marks is listed as a four-star prospect by the 247Sports index and the nation’s 377th-ranked prospect. He also checks in as the 32nd-ranked player at his position and the sixth-ranked player in the state of Kansas.
“I’m looking forward to my visit and getting a look into the future of KU,” Marks told JayhawkSlant’s Jon Kirby ahead of his official visit. “I want to see what the future holds, to be honest. I talk to the coaches about different stuff during the week. They ask how school or workouts are going. I like talking with Coach Agpalsa. He is a cool guy and chill. I have learned a lot of insight from him.”
With his commitment, the Kansas native became the Jayhawks’ fifth addition in the Class of 2025, joining four three-star prospects in QB David McComb, LB Malachi Curvey, RB John Kelly, and OL Anderson Kopp.
Marks and the rest of the future Jayhawks will be able to watch their team kick off the 2024 season against Lindenwood on Thursday, August 29th.
