In what appeared to be one of the strangest weeks in college football history, multiple teams inside the top ten were upset, which led to some major changes in rankings. All four of the Big 12’s representatives from the previous week remained ranked, each of which saw boosts in their previous numbers. One of the most eye-catching aspects of the lists occurred at No. 18 with a three-way tie between Kansas State, Indiana, and Oklahoma, who all received 459 votes.
When looking at the Power 4 Conferences, the SEC leads all conferences with nine ranked teams; the Big Ten falls behind with five ranked teams, and the Big 12 and ACC each have four teams ranked in the Top 25.
