We’re headed into Week 7 of the 2024 college football season, and there’s plenty to be excited about in the upcoming slate of games.
Utah’s trip to Arizona State provides a juicy Friday night matchup between 4-1 teams, while Kansas State’s trip to Colorado suddenly looks like a huge game in terms of Big 12 standings
However, the Big 12 is doing its best to stay one week ahead of us in the action, as the conference confirmed several kickoff times for the games in Week 8.
On Monday, the league announced the kickoff times and network designations for a full slate of eight Big 12 games.
You might want to grab an energy drink or two for the first game as Oklahoma State and BYU will get things started on Friday night with a 9:15 p.m. CT kickoff on ESPN.
Then, Arizona State and Cincinnati will pick things up on Saturday morning in the 11:00 a.m. CT window on ESPN+, followed by Houston at Kansas at 2:30 p.m. CT (ESPN+).
A Big 12 doubleheader will occupy the afternoon window as Colorado at Arizona (FOX) and Baylor at Texas Tech (ESPN2) get the 3:00 p.m. CT window.
Then, in the 6:30 p.m. window, UCF at Iowa State and Kansas State at West Virginia get the green light. This pairing provides the only two games that don’t have their network designations locked down as of this announcement. One of the two games will be on FOX, while the other will be designated to FS1 depending out outcomes from Week 7 action.
Finally, TCU will take a late-night road trip to Salt Lake City to take on Utah at 9:30 p.m. CT on ESPN. With all 16 teams in action, and against one another in league play, we’ll finally get a full slate of Big 12 games, and it looks glorious.
