The Baylor Bears women’s basketball team hopes to push past the second weekend of the NCAA Tournament, based on its 2024-25 schedule.
The Bears have been to the NCAA Tournament all three years under coach Nicki Collen, but last year’s Sweet 16 appearance was their first under Collen after two straight second-round exits.
The Baylor schedule includes 13 non-conference games and 18 Big 12 games.
Baylor will go to the Battle 4 Atlantis at Paradise Island, Bahamas, with a scheduled opener against Southern Miss. The Bears will also give up their bye week in mid-January to face UCLA in the Coretta Scott King Classic at the Prudential Center in Newark, NJ.
Baylor will open Big 12 action at Kansas on Dec. 21 and end it at home on March 2 against rival TCU.
The Big 12 Tournament will be held March 5-10 at T-Mobile Arena and all 16 teams will participate, with the top four teams in the final standings getting double byes and the teams that finished in fifth through eight place will get single byes.
