Week 8 of the Big 12 football season got underway with a thriller on Friday night when BYU came back to beat Oklahoma State 38-35 in Provo. On Saturday, the Big 12 has seven games on the schedule, and two games stand out as among the most lopsided bets of Week 8 of the college football season.
According to sports betting guru Ben Fawkes, Iowa State -13.5 vs. UCF and Kansas State -3 vs. West Virginia are two of the most lopsided bets in college football for Week 8.
Iowa State is fresh off a 28-16 road win over West Virginia, while UCF struggled in a 19-13 loss to Cincinnati at home. The Knights have moved on from KJ Jefferson at quarterback. Plus, Matt Campbell has been a beast at covering spreads in the month of October, as one of the best coaches the last 20 years in covering or beating the spread.
Meantime, Kansas State came back to beat Colorado last week in Boulder, and now goes back on the road to take on the Mountaineers. The Wildcats did not cover the the 4-point spread in their 31-28 win at Colorado last week.
