Retired Eagles star and ESPN analyst Jason Kelce found himself at the center of some controversy at the Penn State vs. Ohio State game on Saturday during Week 10 of the college football season.
As multiple videos on social media showed, Kelce was being heckled by one Penn State fan, who called his brother, Chiefs star Travis Kelce, a “fagg*t”. So Kelce decided to confront the fan and appeared to slam his cell phone into the ground.
Here are some of the videos that have circulated on social media as of Saturday afternoon.
Here’s are two other angles.
Kelce is getting plenty of love for his reaction on social media, and it’s unlikely that Pennsylvanians, who still love him for his years with the Eagles, will hold any ill will against him for this move against a fan who was simply looking for his viral social media moment.
The good news for the fan, he got his viral moment, it just didn’t come the way he expected it to.
